Twitter Pated?

It's true, I've got Twitter on my mind. I was considering setting up a client with it to help his business, and thought, maybe I should have a go. So I've set up a Twitter account to post about mythical site updates. I know, I know.

I've said awful things about Twitter in the past. I'm not a fan of Twitter. It's not for anti-social people like me who hate the telephone. But it's a very interesting social medium and I'll admit I've misjudged it a little. So if you Tweet, please Follow.

Don't worry. I won't be spamming you with robotic RSS feeds about new posts. I'll keep it human and give a nice heads up when something interesting comes along about the site, Game Maker in general, or anything that might further inflate my ego.

I even managed to use it to get Sandy Duncan, CEO of YoYo Games, to spill the beans about the upcoming Game Maker 8 Release Candidate. Expect it "probably next week". OK, not very Earth-shattering since Mark Overmars said as much two weeks ago.

See? I was nice. I didn't even call you "twits" once.
