Not only am i new to Game Maker: Studio, I'm new to GML code (or any code) altogether. I have figured out the basics, creating a character, getting it to face the right direction when the corresponding key is pressed, and move in that direction. But I can figure out how to animate the walking. I have the sub-images for the action but cant get it to work while moving, only while stopped. Anyone got advice?
